Modified Block Style,
is a letter form that has a right position on the date and the closing
greeting. The form of this letter is the same as the full straight form but the
only difference is that the date and the closing greeting are in the right
position, either in writing, typing or structural.
Hanging Indented Style,
this very useful style places the first words of each paraghraph prominently on
the page. It is useful for letters that deal with a variety of different
topics. However, for normal business communications, this style is very rarely
used.
